Once you have spoken with a Velocita technician, you will be asked to navigate your web browser to this page and to click on the Velocita Support Client 2.0 link below. Once you have done this you will be posed with a Windows dialog box, please select RUN from this dialog.
Once the Velocita Support Client is started you will be directed to double click on the appropriate technicians number and your computer will be instantly connected giving the Velocita Technology support technician the ability to view your screen, control your mouse and to control your keyboard. During your support session you will be able to monitor every activity that the Velocita Technology support representative performs; you will witness every mouse move and every keystroke made. The Velocita Support Client 2.0 is an application that allows you to initiate a technical support session with a Velocita Technology technician on demand.
